Logan has resided in Wisconsin, Washington State, Georgia, and Uganda - serving in a variety of roles: blue-collar labor, case management, missions, and counseling. He has over 10 years of experience counseling, leading, and serving: troubled youth in middle Georgia; homeless in Tacoma, WA; orphans in Uganda, Africa; and incarcerated adults in Washington State. Currently, he is the Family Pastor at Grace City Church in Wenatchee, WA. He loves his wife Noelle and daughters Lydia & Elodie. He's humbled to lead a dedicated team in the Busia District of Uganda, Africa.

GENE YOWBoard Member
Gene attained degrees in physics and geological engineering (1977 & 1979) from the University of Missouri – Rolla. He married his bride Mary in 1977, and still thinks that was an excellent thing to do. Gene worked as a geotechnical engineer for 41 years, mostly responsible for keeping dams stable and safe. Gene retired in 2019, and sees Son Mission has a great opportunity. Additionally, Gene has been leading a Grace City Church small group for 7 years, and similar groups prior to that. He visited the Busia District of Uganda for the first time in 2020 and enjoyed getting acquainted with the people on-site. Gene ventured back to the Busia District in 2022 where he lead the way to drill a well in the Mundaya Village.

BRANDON HEINECreative Director
Brandon has spent the past 18 years working in television and film production. He currently works for a tech company in Austin, Texas after spending five years working in the New York City area. God has used his skills to launch a church in New Jersey, create websites for ministries around the country and film documentaries focused on God's people around the globe. Brandon and his wife Daniela live in Austin, Texas raising their son Levi.

HALEY WINKELMANDiscipleship Coordinator
Haley attained her Bachelor’s at George Fox University, Master’s of Art in Theological Studies at Multnomah University, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Theology at Sydney College of Divinity. Haley has a heart for international missions, history, education, discipleship, and bicycles. When she’s not teaching or serving internationally, she’s fixing Trek bicycles and cycling everywhere. As the Discipleship Coordinator, Haley works interdependently with Ugandans to write Biblical curriculum for youth throughout Uganda schools and churches.

NOELLE RAELENE HEINESupport Coordinator
Noelle graduated from Central Washington University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. She loves helping people reach their rehabilitative and recreational goals. She has served as a personal trainer and chiropractic assistant in Washington State and Montana. Currently, she serves with a great team at Hurst Chiropractic in East Wenatchee. Noelle loves her husband and daughters. When in Africa she prefers African tea and chapati.

JEREMY KELLEYTreasurer
Jeremy graduated with a Master’s in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University. He served in international missions for four years: visiting 13 countries, leading teams to Sicily and Vietnam, and serving Muslim refugees in the Arab Gulf. Additionally, Jeremy served in multiple roles as a Senator’s aide, non-profit board member, research analyst, and student lobbyist for Central Washington University. Jeremy has a passion to see more people meet, love, and follow Jesus in the Wenatchee Valley and throughout the world. He currently teaches 6th grade ELA & Word History, and lives in Malaga with his wife Melissa.
