His Story Timothy’s parents died of AIDS. His caregiver is Nasirumbi Gettu, who is also the caregiver of Timothy’s brother and sister. Timothy loves the color yellow, eating apples, and studying English. He graduated from Bright Hope Orphanage in 2016. If Timothy could change anything in Uganda, it’s freedom. He wants to become a solider so he can fight for freedom. He grew up in a household that was verbally and physically abusive. He is grateful for being able to attend High School and prays for wisdom.
