His StoryOtieno Pascali is 16. Both of his parents have passed away, but he does not know what caused their deaths. Otieno is currently living at Victory Tabernacle Orphanage. He has high aspirations and one day longs to become a member of the Ugandan Parliament. To prepare, he has been learning English and working very hard in his studies. As a member of parliament, he would like to develop industry and the road system in Uganda. Otieno loves to sing and participates in singing at church. In his free time, he grazes cattle and plays football with his friends. Otieno is asking for prayers because he desires to go far with his studies, but knows he will not be able to without the help of God.
